Milan Rai, born 1997 October 14, originally from Dharan Sunsari, made his career with Church Boys United when the club participated in the qualification round in 2018-2019 and later appeared throughout various local clubs in Nepal. Milan Rai is currently a football player of Church Boys United Football Club in Nepal. Mr. Rai has played vital role in success of Church Boys United journey of success.

- Played in Qualification Round and promoted to ‘C’ Division, 2019,
- Played C Division League and became champion, 2021 (Milan was not there).
- Played B Division League and became champion, 2022, Milan was there,
- Played A Division League and became champion, 2023, Milan was there,
- Played in the National League, and Milan Rai was chosen in the 23-member squad in Nepal National Men’s Football Team 2026 and went to Laos.
Milan appeared from the Himalayan Sherpa Club, Dhangadi FC and Chitwan FC in NSL,
